Massage & Spa
Massage is the process whereby the therapist uses her healing hands through applying different degrees of pressure to the soft body tissue. The soft tissue includes the muscles, connective tissue, tendons and ligaments; it achieves general well-being and enhances health.
Reflexology uses hand, thumb, and finger techniques to stimulate certain areas of the feet. These areas are believed to correspond to different parts of the body. The massage is expected to promote health and well-being. Though reflexologists put pressure on people’s bodies as massage therapists do, they don’t “work” soft tissues to reduce tension and promote healing in a physical sense. Instead, they use pressure points to access clients’ nervous systems and heal them from within.
Focussed massage to reduce toxins in the body. The therapists uses dry cupping to help expel the toxins from the body. Specialist homeopathic essential oils are used to further promote the expulsion of toxin.
